Yeah, I’ve heard this many times before, as if it’s some sort of excuse for not eating cake.

Terrible.
HOWEVER, help may be at hand thanks to the clever people at Maxim (not the gentleman’s magazine), who have created [insert fanfare here] CARBO CAKE!
